Armac Vets is an independently run veterinary practice in Biggar and Peebles, and we’re looking for a friendly, organised Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Biggar.![]()
This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. You’ll be booking appointments, answering phones, handling payments and helping keep the practice running smoothly.![]()
We’re looking for someone who:![]()
• Is warm, professional and confident dealing with the public![]()
• Has good communication and organisational skills![]()
• Can stay calm in a busy environment![]()
• Has a genuine love of animals![]()
• Reception or veterinary experience is helpful but not essential – training can be provided![]()
