Armac Veterinary Practice showed such incredible kindness and compassion when we had to say goodbye to our beloved border collies, Rosie last summer and Billy this week. The gentleness, dignity and care they gave them — and us — meant everything at such a heartbreaking time. We’ll always be grateful.
Been going here for approximately 16yrs now with our last 4 dogs...service and care are first class.
Amazing vets . I ended up with a wee cat who was very ill . Went to a vet who quoted me 2000 for an operation , but had also said she could be pregnant. There was then someone from a pet place who checked her over and had said it was anal glands issues. I took her to ARMAC vets . 10 mins in the vets and they were able to tell me The wee cat had to have an emergency operation as her womb was full of puss . The price of the operation was in the hundreds not thousands. The appointment was at 3pm and I had my cat back home by 7.30 pm. I am certin ARMAC saved her life.

Honestly, one of the few truly decent vets, not the usual ones, trying to rip you off.
Professional, friendly and treating us like customers, not cash cow.

moved from a vets to armac and wow what a diffrence they listen to u fully and look over your animal with detail I resently had a litter of puppys and they couldn't of been more helpful espechally when mum layied on 1 they checked her over brilliantly and also they did all the pups checks and vaccines n microchips I also have an older dog that they help me with too such a helpful vets don't feel worried to phone and ask if iam worried x
Go here first. Fantastic vet. I can't recommend enough and I am not affiliated in any way. I happily travel 30 minutes to go here. They always put the animals welfare and health ahead of profits. Friendly, clean, reasonably priced, do not upsell and great availability. Should be everyone's first choice and all places should be like this. They set the standard for vets everywhere.
ARMAC have been absolutely amazing with the care of our dog Hamish. We always knew Hamish was well cared for and loved when he had to visit. The care at the end of Hamish's life was second to none and we can not thank you enough for the support we received and the attention Hamish got.

Friendly, helpful and a welcoming vets. Take their time to advise on all your queries. Moved a few years ago from another local "chain", armac are head and tails above others!

I have delt with armac biggar for the last 13 odd years with my two cats. Allways helpfull & friendly. My eldest cat past away not long ago and they took care of everything for her cremation, very sympathetic & caring. Cant rate them highly enough. Recommended to the max.
Armac Vets in Biggar are the best I have experienced. The Reception Team are always warm, welcoming and respond quickly to any queries. Megan is our Vet and she is simply exceptional in her field. She always explains things very clearly, gives great advice and most importantly, genuinely cares about our dog. I am always pleasantly surprised by the prices too which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend!

I am delighted with the care. Staff are friendly, helpful and have a great manner with my cats. Prices definitely cheaper, but with better service than my last vet. Great value for money. Most of all they are focused on quality of care.

I am very impressed with ARMAC vets Biggar. I had to use them as an out of hours emergency twice, the response was fast, professional and sensitive. The response on the telephone is always friendly and efficient, there is a good atmosphere whenever I go into the clinic, a friendly buzz with lots of people and animals around. I feel confident that they are transparent, informative, honest and that the vets communicate well together. Just one suggestion, they should perhaps be a bit more clear about how the cost is building up during treatment.
I am very pleased they are here in Biggar, I shall never go anywhere else. Thank you all.

Great local vet practice, my family have been using armac for 50 years.
I have recently changed to Armac There level of care is outstanding, you just get the feeling you're pet comes first before money.
I have used armac for years and never had a problem and always found them all very helpful and accommodating with appointment times 😻😻
Armac are one of the few REAL vets surgeries left. Just good old fashioned veterinary knowledge. The kind of vets with great instinct for what's wrong as they know animals. No unnecessary treatments will be suggested here just what your pet /livestock need. All done with cheery staff and vets who know what's what. Can't recommend highly enough
Fantastic vets. Friendly, super knowledgeable and very fair prices. I've been at a few other vets and the majority have cared about the money more than the animal, ARMAC aren't like that whatsoever. Can't recommend them enough.
