COVID-19

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and we will follow advice from the Government as it is released.

We offer both scheduled and emergency services so, as a precautionary measure for your safety and to protect our staff, we respectfully request that you consider the following before you make any visit to one of our branch practices:

Please do not come if you have recently returned to the UK from abroad (within the last 14 days), or if you are experiencing any symptoms that are described as being typical of this infection. For more advice, please refer to the NHS guidance: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

Please limit the number of persons accompanying your pet to your appointment: one person per appointment please. Please wear a face covering (visor/mask) and please use the hand sanitizer at the front door. If you have any special requirements, please inform reception at the time you book your appointment.

We are trying to reduce the number of persons in the waiting area: if we are busy, and your pet cannot be seen immediately for your appointment, please alert reception of your arrival and then please wait in your car until the vet becomes available.

If your pet is scheduled to be seen, but you would prefer to delay your appointment, please do phone us to let us know: we would be happy to discuss with you, over the telephone, any concerns you may have about the delay of routine procedures. We will continue to provide emergency care as usual.

If you have any questions or concerns, please, just call us. Thank you.
