New mandatory regulations by the RCVS(Royal college of Veterinary surgeons) state all animals requiring a parasite treatment have to of been seen by a vet within the last 12 months. This may mean we need to make an appointment to see your pet before we can give you more flea and tick and worming treatments. If this applies to your pet please be aware when requesting more medication. There is no charge for this check for existing clients.
Are you needing a repeat prescription for your animals? When ordering please allow a minimum of 24- 48 hrs so we can have them ordered for you as we don’t always have them available the same day.

We have a number of donated pet carriers available at our Biggar branch. If you would like one pop along to the surgery. We can’t hold these for you so will be a first come basis. A suggested £5 donation to a local animal charity would be appreciated.
